Preferred Partner programmes are not public rate schemes. Each is an invitation-only agreement between a hotel group and a small number of accredited luxury travel advisors, and the privileges attached to it are carried by rates that only an accredited advisor can book. A member, prepaid, package or promotional rate may occasionally be lower, will usually carry stricter terms, and does not qualify. Before you book we compare the eligible rate against the alternatives and say plainly which is stronger.
The rate does not change. You pay the official, publicly available hotel rate, the hotel bills you directly, and your loyalty membership is recognised in full — points, elite nights and status all continue to accrue exactly as they would on a direct booking.
What changes is everything around the rate. LVXVRY coordinates each reservation with the individual house, so that the property knows who is arriving and why the stay matters before the guest reaches the door.
