Jumeirah Passport to Luxury
Inspired by Arabian Hospitality.
Founded in Dubai in 1997, Jumeirah is the definitive expression of contemporary Arabian hospitality. Its portfolio of 30+ five-star hotels and resorts across 10+ countries is crowned by the world-famous Burj Al Arab and the Madinat Jumeirah resort — Jumeirah Al Naseem and Jumeirah Al Qasr — with landmark addresses from London to the Maldives.
Passport to Luxury provides invitation-only benefits through accredited luxury travel advisors, including LVXVRY.
LVXVRY coordinates every reservation directly with participating hotels to help deliver enhanced recognition and exclusive guest privileges.
- Daily breakfast for two
- Hotel credit at participating properties
- Room upgrade (subject to availability)
- Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
- VIP recognition and welcome amenities
Which rates carry the benefits
Benefits attach to specific rates the house makes available to accredited advisors — usually the flexible public rate, sometimes an advance-purchase equivalent. A member rate, a prepaid or non-refundable rate, a package, a corporate or negotiated rate, a promotional offer and an award redemption do not carry them.
A non-qualifying rate is occasionally the better buy. Before a reservation is placed we compare the eligible rate against what else the house is selling for your dates, and say which is stronger — including when the answer is not ours.
Points and status
A reservation placed through Jumeirah Passport to Luxury carries your membership number to the house, so Jumeirah One is recognised on arrival and accrues on the rates that qualify. Where a programme benefit and an elite benefit cover the same ground, the hotel grants the stronger one rather than both.
What is contractual and what depends on the day
Daily breakfast for two and the property credit are set by the programme and apply on an eligible rate. The room upgrade, early arrival and late departure are granted by the individual house from what it has available, which is why we place the request with the hotel rather than promise it here.
Questions
- Does Jumeirah Passport to Luxury cost anything?
- No. You pay the hotel directly at the eligible rate. The privileges travel with the reservation.
- Which rates qualify?
- Benefits attach to specific rates the house makes available to accredited advisors — usually the flexible public rate, sometimes an advance-purchase equivalent. A member rate, a prepaid or non-refundable rate, a package, a corporate or negotiated rate, a promotional offer and an award redemption do not carry them.
- Are the benefits guaranteed?
- Breakfast and the hotel credit are contractual on an eligible rate. The upgrade, early arrival and late departure depend on what the house has free on the day, and are confirmed at check-in rather than at booking.
- Do I still earn points and nights?
- Yes, on qualifying rates. Jumeirah One is attached to the booking before it reaches the hotel.
