Jumeirah began in Dubai in 1997 and did much to define what modern Arabian hospitality looks like. It now runs 30+ five-star hotels and resorts in 10+ countries. Burj Al Arab is the name everyone knows; next to it, the Madinat Jumeirah resort brings together Jumeirah Al Naseem and Jumeirah Al Qasr. Further afield, the group has hotels from London to the Maldives.
Passport to Luxury is Jumeirah’s programme for accredited luxury travel advisors. Access is by invitation, and LVXVRY is one of the agencies that holds it.
We place each booking with the hotel directly and stay in touch with its team until you arrive, so that your name is known and the privileges below are in place.

The first morning
You will see breakfast for two and your hotel credit from day one: the programme sets both, so they come with a qualifying booking. An upgrade, an early room and a late departure are another matter. Each hotel gives them from what is free on the day, so we ask in advance and leave the hotel to confirm.
Rates we can use
Passport to Luxury sits on the rates Jumeirah opens to accredited advisors. In practice that is mostly the flexible public rate, and occasionally an advance-purchase rate. It does not apply to member rates, prepaid or non-refundable rates, packages, corporate or negotiated rates, promotions or stays paid with points.
Now and then a rate outside the programme is the smarter choice. We compare the options for your dates before we book and tell you plainly which one comes out ahead, ours or not.
Your Jumeirah One account
We put your Jumeirah One number on the booking, so the hotel recognises you at check-in and you earn on any rate that qualifies. Where Passport to Luxury and your tier give the same benefit, you receive the stronger of the two rather than both.

- Do I pay anything for Jumeirah Passport to Luxury?
- No. You pay the hotel at the rate that qualifies, and the privileges are added to your booking free of charge.
- What rates does it apply to?
- Rates the hotel makes available to accredited advisors, mostly the flexible public rate and sometimes an advance-purchase rate. Member, prepaid and non-refundable rates, packages, corporate and negotiated rates, promotions and points stays are excluded.
- Which privileges are certain?
- Breakfast and the hotel credit are certain on a qualifying rate. The upgrade and the early or late room depend on the hotel’s availability that day and are confirmed when you check in.
- Do I keep earning with Jumeirah One?
- Yes, on rates that qualify. Your number is on the booking before it goes to the hotel.
