Accor Preferred runs on the HERA platform and is open by invitation to accredited luxury advisors only; LVXVRY is one of them. You will find it at Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel and Sofitel Legend, SLS, Delano, Mondrian, Banyan Tree, MGallery and Pullman.

Not every hotel takes part on every date or rate. We check what your stay qualifies for before we book anything.
On arrival, and what is fixed in advance
The first thing you notice is breakfast for two each morning and a credit to use at the hotel. Both come with the programme on any rate that qualifies, so we can confirm them the day we book.
The upgrade, the early check-in and the late check-out are different. The hotel gives them from the rooms it has free that day. We ask for them in writing ahead of time; the front desk tells you on arrival.
Where we book it most
Accor Preferred covers more of our regular hotels than almost any other programme. Some we book again and again:
Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec City, Fairmont Chateau Whistler at Whistler Blackcomb, Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver, The Savoy in London, Raffles Singapore in Singapore and Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi in Hanoi.
The rate that qualifies
The privileges sit on rates the hotel opens to accredited advisors. In most cases that is the flexible public rate; now and then a pay-ahead version of it. They do not apply to member prices, prepaid or non-refundable rates, packages, corporate or negotiated rates, promotions, or nights paid with points.
Sometimes one of those other rates is simply cheaper for what you want. We put the options side by side for your dates and tell you plainly which one wins, even if it means booking outside the programme.
Your Accor points and status
Your ALL — Accor Live Limitless number goes on the booking before the hotel sees it. The hotel recognises your status at check-in, and you earn on any rate that qualifies. If your elite benefits and the programme overlap — two breakfasts, say — you get the better of the two, not both.

- None. You settle the bill with the hotel at the rate that qualifies, and the privileges come with your booking.
- Which prices count?
- Rates the hotel opens to accredited advisors — usually the flexible public rate, sometimes a pay-ahead version. Member prices, prepaid or non-refundable rates, packages, corporate or negotiated rates, promotions and points stays are left out.
- What can I rely on before I travel?
- Breakfast and the hotel credit, on a rate that qualifies. The upgrade, early check-in and late check-out depend on the rooms free on the day, and the hotel confirms them when you arrive.
- Will my ALL account still be credited?
- Yes, on rates that qualify. We add your membership number before the booking reaches the hotel, so you earn Reward points and Status points as usual.
- Which Accor brands take part?
- Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel and Sofitel Legend, SLS, Delano, Mondrian, Banyan Tree, MGallery and Pullman. Participation still varies hotel by hotel, so we check yours first.
