Accor runs ALL — Accor Live Limitless. The levels are Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, and you move up by collecting Status points.
What happens on a partner booking
Give us your ALL number and it goes on the booking, so the hotel sees your card when you arrive. A rate that qualifies earns Reward points and Status points.
Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel Legend each handle recognition in their own way, and some independently managed hotels are not in ALL at all. We find out which case is yours.

Common questions
- Will I earn with ALL on this booking?
- Yes, if the rate qualifies: you collect Reward points and Status points, and the hotel recognises your card.
- Will the hotel see my status?
- Yes. We put your number on the booking before the hotel receives it, so you are treated as on a direct reservation.
- Do my status benefits stack with the partner benefits?
- It depends on the brand. Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel Legend treat recognition differently, and some independently managed hotels are outside ALL. We confirm this for your hotel.
