Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer was set up in 1863 under Prince Charles III, and it still owns the addresses most people picture when they think of Monaco. Its resort has four hotels — Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, Monte-Carlo Beach and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort — plus the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Thermes Marins spa and many of the town's best restaurants and night spots.
SBM Platinum is open by invitation, and only through accredited luxury travel advisors. LVXVRY is one of them.

Which rate to book
The privileges ride on the prices the four hotels set aside for accredited advisors — mostly the flexible public price, at times a pay-early version. Members’ prices, prepaid or non-refundable deals, packages, company or contracted prices, special offers and award nights are not covered.
Around the Grand Prix and the Yacht Show, one of those other prices can be worth more. We set it beside the qualifying one for your stay before we book, and tell you which to take — even if it is not the one we offer.
Where we book it
SBM Platinum covers all four of the company's hotels in Monaco, and we book each of them:
Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on Place du Casino, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo above the port, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort on the Larvotto peninsula, and Monte-Carlo Beach just over the border at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Points: none to earn
SBM has no points programme to earn in on these stays, so the value lies in the privileges listed above. We add your preferences and the occasion to the booking, so the hotel knows what matters to you.
Certain, and subject to the hotel
Breakfast for two and the hotel credit come with the programme on the rate that qualifies. An upgrade, an early room and a late check-out depend on how full the hotel is — during race week, very full. We ask for them in writing; the hotel decides.

- No. Monte-Carlo SBM bills you directly at the qualifying price; the privileges cost nothing on top.
- Which rates give me the privileges?
- Those the hotels set aside for advisors like us — mostly the flexible public price, occasionally a pay-early version. Members’ prices, prepaid or non-refundable deals, packages, company and contracted prices, promotions and award nights are excluded.
- Is every privilege certain?
- Breakfast and the credit, yes, once you hold a qualifying price. A bigger room, an early key or a late exit rests on occupancy, and you learn the answer at the front desk.
- Will I earn points on the stay?
- No. There is no points programme to earn in on these stays; what you get is the set of privileges on your booking.
- Which hotels does SBM Platinum cover?
