Will the hotel know I am a returning guest?

Yes, through your guest record rather than a card. The hotel keeps your previous stays on file, and we add your preferences to the booking so the team has them before you arrive.

Are the programme privileges added to anything else?

There is nothing for them to overlap with. With no elite benefits in play, the breakfast, upgrade and other privileges of the programme are the whole of what booking with us adds.

Do Relais & Châteaux hotels or SBM have a card of their own?

A few Relais & Châteaux owners run a scheme for their own hotel, and SBM has resort card arrangements in Monaco. We check what applies to your stay before we book.

Why there is nothing to earn

Four Seasons, Relais & Châteaux and Monte-Carlo SBM do not run a conventional points programme. There is no account to earn in and no tier ladder to climb, whichever way you book.

Relais & Châteaux hotels are independently owned, and a few have a scheme of their own. In Monaco, SBM has its own resort card arrangements; we check what applies case by case.

What our booking changes

With no points at stake, you give nothing up by booking with us. The hotel knows you through your past stays and through the notes we send before you arrive.

That makes these the groups where our programme counts most: its privileges are the only real difference between booking with us and booking on your own.
