Hyatt was founded in 1957. It now counts more than 1,500 hotels and 30-plus brands in over 80 countries, including Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Andaz and Alila.
Hyatt Privé is open only to accredited luxury advisors, by invitation, and LVXVRY is a member. The brands taking part include Park Hyatt, Alila, Andaz, Miraval, Grand Hyatt, Thompson and The Unbound Collection.
We book with the hotel directly, check that the benefits and your requests are attached, and remain the hotel’s contact for your stay.

What you will notice when you arrive
Breakfast for two each day and the hotel credit are set by Hyatt Privé and come with every qualifying rate. A larger room, an early arrival and a late departure are different: each hotel grants them from what it has free on the day. We make the request with the hotel; we do not promise the result.

Rules on the rate
Only some rates bring the Privé benefits: the ones Hyatt opens to accredited advisors, which usually means the flexible public rate and sometimes an advance-purchase rate. Member rates, prepaid or non-refundable rates, packages, corporate or negotiated rates, promotional offers and award nights do not.
A rate outside Privé can work out cheaper. We check that against the qualifying rate for your dates and tell you which is stronger before anything is booked, whether or not it is a booking we make.
World of Hyatt points and status
Your World of Hyatt number is on the reservation before the hotel sees it. That means your status is recognised at check-in and you earn on qualifying rates. Where a Privé benefit and an elite benefit cover the same thing, you receive the stronger one, not both.

- Does Hyatt Privé add to the price?
- No. You pay the hotel at the qualifying rate, and the Privé benefits are added to that reservation.
- Which rates are covered?
- Those Hyatt makes available to accredited advisors, normally the flexible public rate and occasionally an advance-purchase rate. Member, prepaid, non-refundable, package, corporate, negotiated and promotional rates are excluded, as are award stays.
- Is the upgrade certain?
- No. Breakfast and the hotel credit are fixed on a qualifying rate. The upgrade, early check-in and late check-out depend on what is free that day and are confirmed when you check in.
- Do I earn World of Hyatt points and nights?
- Yes, on qualifying rates. We add your World of Hyatt number to the booking before it goes to the hotel.
