Lion Prides

Every Pride Has a Story.

A lion sighting may last only a few minutes. The story of a pride can continue for generations.

Lion Prides follows the lives of Africa's most remarkable lion families: their territories, coalitions, cubs, rivalries, hunts and changing fortunes.

Much of our filming takes place in and around Greater Kruger, one of the world's most important environments for observing lions in the wild. Here, experienced safari travelers recognize individual animals, follow established prides and return year after year to discover how their stories have developed.

The channel brings together original wildlife footage, individual sightings and continuing narratives from the African bush — filmed entirely by our own team.

It is created for travelers who do not simply want to see a lion. They want to understand the pride.
